01Who we are

By creating an account or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

02Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address up to date.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Only you may use it: don’t share your login or let other people learn through it.
• Keep your password safe. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
• If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

03Subscriptions and the free trial

• A subscription opens all four levels for as long as it is active. Plans and prices are shown before you pay.
• New subscribers get a 3-day free trial, once per person. You add a payment card when you start; nothing is charged during the trial.
• If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken automatically when it ends. Your subscription then renews at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Lsaan never sees or stores your full card number.
• If we change the price of your plan, we will email you before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your access until your payment details are updated.

04Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your subscription then stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged at all.

05Refunds

Because you can try every level for free before paying, payments are not refunded automatically. If something went wrong, for example you were charged after cancelling or couldn’t access your lessons, write to [email protected] and we will look at your request case by case.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

06Our content

All videos, written summaries, quizzes, audio and other course materials belong to Lsaan LTD or its teachers and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:

• download, record, copy or redistribute videos or other materials, except where the site offers a download for your own use;
• share videos, summaries, quizzes or your account access with anyone else, publicly or privately;
• resell or publish the content, or use it to teach others, without our written permission;
• try to get around access controls or copy the site with automated tools.

07Study groups and conduct

Be respectful in study groups, comments and messages. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam. We may remove content or restrict access when these rules are broken.

08Changes to the courses

We regularly improve our lessons and may update, reorder or replace course content. We aim to keep Lsaan available at all times but can’t promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance.

09Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing access or copying content. If we close your account when you have done nothing wrong, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period. You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

10Our responsibility

We provide Lsaan with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for problems caused by your device, your internet connection or events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
